В Украине хотят кардинально увеличить штрафы и наказания за нарушение Правил дорожного движения. Так, штраф за превышение скорости планируют поднять почти в шесть раз.

Нарушителей безопасности на дорогах ждут серьезные штрафы и санкции. Об этом Информатору стало известно из сообщения на специальном заседании Кабмина, посвященном безопасности движения.

Авторы законопроекта об ужесточении наказаний за нарушение ПДД предлагают следующие нововведения:

- До трех лет тюрьмы получит водитель, который рискнул сесть пьяным за руль и попал в ДТП с нетяжелыми для окружающих последствиями. Если в результате аварии есть жертвы и пострадавшие – водителю грозит 12 лет тюрьмы и лишение прав.

- Штраф за превышение скорости возрастет почти в шесть раз. К слову, и максимально допустимая скорость в населенных пунктах снизится до 50 км в час.

- За оставление места ДТП штраф вырастет более чем в десять раз. За управление без прав в первый раз заплатите 10 тысяч двести, а попадетесь еще раз – почти сорок одну тысячу.

Но и это не все. Авторы предлагают новичкам выдавать права всего лишь на два года. И только в случае дисциплинированной езды продлевать на 30 лет.

Отметим, что заявленные тезисы пока не вступили в силу. Пока это предложения, которые будут рассмотрены на ближайшем заседании Кабмина.
